Warrnambool (The Whalers Inn) - $17.00
Chips: 5.7
Salad: 4.3
Parma: 6.5
Comments: Here’s the thing. This Parma had the potential to be the best, but it effed up in a lot of errors. Here they are: adding the shaved leg ham to the Parma is usually great, however they salted the Parma so with the addition of the ham, it was an attack of saltiness.
The salad had a great dressing and vegetables, however putting half a tomato back smack in the middle of it is frustrating…overall quite nice though

Hamilton (Alexandra House) - $13.00
Chips: 6.3
Salad: 3.4
Parma: 8.8
Comments: This Parma was FANTASTIC! The cheese and sauce ratio were perfect, but the Parma really won in how well cooked the chicken was. The chicken wasn’t fat and big, it was thin, very well cooked on the outside and a great size. The salad was plain and dry, had no dressing, but the chips were quite well cooked, would’ve helped to have a bit more on the plate, but overall quite good.

Perth (Aromas) - $23.00
Chips: 5.4
Salad: 3.5
Parma: 7.4
Comments: The Parma was REALLY great!! The cheese was fantastic and the sauce was perfect, not over powering the Parma or cheese. The salad was average, there wasn’t too much of it and it was quite bland. The chips were ace and cooked perfectly.

Geraldton (Freemason’s Hotel) - $22.00
Chips: 4.6
Salad: 3.7
Parma: 3.0
Comments: Parmas. Should. Not. Be. Made. With. Salsa. It’s terrible. Ruins the entire thing, plus the bottom of the chicken was burnt. Overall just not a great Parma at all. The salad was too tangy, and the chips were too soft and not cooked enough. Poor effort.

Darwin (Monsoons) - $18.90
Chips: 4.7
Salad: 6.3
Parma: 7.3
Comments: The chips were cooked a couple of minutes too long and were quite hard and tasteless on the outside. The salad was good, simple yet tasty. Not too much dressing which was a breath of fresh air. The Parma was cooked unbelievably well. The chicken just melted in your mouth - shame the cheese and sauce weren’t an incredible combination because it would’ve made the Parma flawless.
Overall Comments: 6.16/10
Cairns (Courthouse Hotel) - $23.90
Chips: 6.2
Salad: 4.0
Parma: 5.9
Comments: The chips were fantastic, real soft in the middle and very crisp on the outside with enough tomato sauce for all of them. The Parma was average. The sauce and cheese didn’t go well together, but the chicken was cooked VERY WELL which is a plus. The salad was not great at all, far too much tangy sauce over the top that it over powered any taste of tomato or onion or cucumber.

Townsville (Outback Jack’s) - $23.90
Chips: 6.2
Salad: 4.2
Parma: 9.0
Comments: This Parma was by far the best I’ve had to date. The sauce and cheese ratio - AMAZING! The chicken was cooked well, and the bacon strips (cooked to perfection) on top gave the entire Parma a great flavour. So. Awesome. Salad was a crock of shit though.
